Hi this is a quick basic guide to try and get all paths. There might be mistakes. This should get you the majority of them and alternate different things for other outcomes.
I believe 2 full play throughs (Tom drunk/sober and Chris no mirror/yes mirror) and a 3rd play through partial from Chapter 3 (unless Chris doesn't have the mirror start on Chapter 10) on (Chris no mirror, Chris gets pendant), is what is needed.
I'm adding the branch that is unlocked in [ ] to make it easier to check your cutting room floor. Work in progress.

I can't recall but I believe in order to have Chris consumed, Stan needs to be dead (fail skill check to slice in him in the horologium)
You’re going to need 16 endings; Linda, Sam & Chris, Linda & Sam, Madi & Chris, etc. See below.
Go back to Chapter 10 and have Chris stay to achieve all the endings. You can easily bypass Madi's hypnotic state with getting Stan consumed and going down the elevator, accept her offer and then leave when you get the chance. Or give Chris the pendant for a death pathway for her going through the projector. You also need Chris to go through the projector with the mirror and NO mirror/pendant so she can make it through for another pathway.
And go back after done with all various endings to frustrate Tom and be mean to him to get his drunk tape.
Also in a run, Kill Madi (fail switch to let Chris out), have Stan send Chris back, Stan is alone and then have Linda slap him.
There are deaths regarding Chris associated with the mirror and pendant. Have her have one or the other and go through the projection screen to get these deaths.
Also note, in order to get Sam to the campfire alone you must have at least Madi or Linda alive to run down the hall, have them try to help and get killed, Sam will then be left alone (pass skill checks) if Chris is present, send her back into the screen.
